SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via USPS Parcel Post.  All costs, charges and expenses incurred in the shipment of products are the sole responsibility of the customer, except for those we agree to assume as explicitly noted in the Teather Store website. You may request an alternative means of shipping, but we are not obligated to oblige.

We will endeavor to ship all orders within 48 hours from the time such order is placed. Holidays and Sundays are not included, and this does not apply to out of stock merchandise.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, it may be returned for a full refund or a credit on future orders.  The request for a return must occur within 45 days of receipt of the order.  Only one open pouch of each flavor may be returned per order. All remaining unopened pouches must be in a saleable condition to be entitled to a refund or credit.

 To return an entire order, or a part thereof, please email us at teathersnacks@nefsproduct.com stating the purchasers name, address, date of purchase and purchase amount. Briefly state the reason(s) for the return request, and whether you want a full refund or store credit for future purchases. We will issue instructions for shipping the returned product back to us.

Costs of shipping cannot be refunded simply for general customer dissatisfaction or purchaser regret.
